Recording (video and audio) of the webinar or workshop by participants is not allowed. Additionally, the recordings, documents, and PowerPoint presentations from the webinar cannot be shared or distributed without prior written consent from the presenter. If an individual from a group practice or community team has purchased access to the webinar or workshop, sharing the recordings, PowerPoint slides, or handouts with other colleagues/team members is not allowed without prior written consent from the presenter.

Refunds for the Live, Online Clinical Applications Component of the Workshop: 

The purchase of the pre-recorded content workshop component is considered final and non-refundable due to its digital/instant-use nature. In the event of being unable to attend the live online workshop, it is required to notify Gayle Maloney via email at least 5 weeks before the workshop date. Following such notification, participants will have the option to attend the next equivalent workshop/group supervision session, subject to availability. Access to the pre-recorded modules will be provided 4 weeks before the rescheduled workshop date. Please be aware that typically only one live workshop is offered each year. Cancellation notices provided between 1 to 4 weeks before the workshop date will grant attendees the option to attend the next equivalent workshop/group supervision session, based on availability. However, access to the pre-recorded modules will not be extended beyond the next live workshop date. Failure to attend or provide less than 1 week's-notice of non-attendance at the live workshop will result in the forfeiture of live workshop participation, barring exceptional, unforeseeable circumstances. Nonetheless, access to the pre-recorded training modules for the specified period will remain available.

CPD Points/CE Points

Digital certificates of completion are available upon successful course completion. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)/Continuing education (CE) regulations vary by country/state/jurisdiction.  It is the responsibility of the workshop participant to check with your state or jurisdiction's licensing board to ensure course acceptance/approval.
